At BLANKA, we want you to shop with confidence. Please review our return and exchange terms before placing your order.

1. Exchange Eligibility

  • All non-sale items are eligible for exchange, subject to the conditions below.

  • Damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different items may qualify for an exchange or another appropriate remedy.

  • Size exchanges are available in Pakistan and the USA only and depend on stock availability.

  • Sale and customised or personalised items are not eligible for change-of-mind or size exchanges. This does not limit rights available under applicable law.

2. Exchange Conditions

  • Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered, with original tags attached and original packaging where available.

  • Provide your order number, reason for exchange, and clear photographs where relevant.

  • Contact BLANKA and receive return instructions before sending any item back.

3. Exchange Shipping Charges

For size exchanges or an incorrectly ordered size:

  • The customer is responsible for applicable return and replacement shipping charges.

  • If the replacement item has a lower price or lower shipment weight than the original item, shipping charges will be recalculated where applicable. Any additional shipping charge will be communicated before the exchange is confirmed.

  • If the replacement item costs more, the customer must pay the price difference before dispatch.

  • Any applicable COD or cash handling charges are non-refundable.

For damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different items:

Please contact BLANKA before arranging return shipping. Once the issue is verified, we will explain the applicable shipping arrangements and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

4. Exchange Processing

  • Exchanges are subject to inspection and stock availability.

  • We will confirm the next steps and estimated dispatch time-frame after reviewing the returned item, where a return is required.

  • If a suitable replacement is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss the available options.

5. Refund Policy

BLANKA does not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases or customer-selected size errors.

If an item is verified as damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its website description, BLANKA will generally offer an exchange or replacement, subject to availability.

If a suitable replacement is unavailable because the item is out of stock, BLANKA will offer a refund for the affected item.

Any refund or other remedy required under applicable consumer protection laws will be honoured. Original shipping charges and COD or cash handling charges are non-refundable except where a refund is required by law.
